We are looking for a motivated Internal Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will follow up on quotations, process purchase orders, and support our customers throughout the entire sales process. Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English is essential. Your responsibilities
- Lead follow-up: Ensure incoming leads are quickly and professionally followed up in Dutch, French, and English.
- Quotation preparation: Prepare accurate quotations and ensure proper handling in all three languages, from drafting to sending.
- Order processing: Record orders and ensure accurate administrative processing.
- License distribution: Send the necessary licenses to customers and ensure all details are current.
- Payment follow-up: Take action on overdue payments.
- CRM system management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
What we expect from you
- Experience in preparing quotations and following up on leads.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software (experience with specific systems is a plus).
- Fluency in English, Dutch, and French (both written and spoken).
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
- Affinity for administrative tasks and accuracy in following up on payments.
